Take a bath every 2 hours!
You must wash it everyday. You can buy antiseptic soap wash.Wear boxers so you have a good air circulation. Never wear undewear to bed. Keep a pair next tto them incase you have an emergency ( like the house was on fire) .
Take care of ur penis and it will take ur care. dont let it rot like egg. wash with water and soap. soap also a mild one and dont let soap go insde. else u will get infection. water shud be luke worm to remove yeast.

See man u can always wash ur penis whenever u take a bath .Pull back the foreskin and take a wet cotton wool and clean it with that after it put some soap and wash it the dirt will go away the cotton and it will smell good tooo!!
