I swear by Preparation H ointment. (It also works for acne breakouts). And if you are in pain from the hemorrhoids, you can buy Dermoplast. It is liquid gold and quite versatile. Either of this two can do but it would be better if you are goin to add foods high in fiber in your diet. It helps to soften your stools.
