The best thing to do for eczema is to keep your skin really moisturised. So use any emollients that puts moisture back to your skin. Something like oilatum bath can be used..its light liquid paraffin so when you go for bath you can use that. It has given good results. Also hydrocortisone 1% cream is available over the counter. It will help you to reduce your inflammation and itching. But it should be applied really thinly on small areas and only for maximum seven days (not on the face and other really sensitive areas). Using Aqueous Cream will also prove to be beneficial for remoisturising your skin.





Evening primrose oil has also proved to be beneficial for some people.
try to apply a betnovate n or betnovate gm cream from glaxosmithkline.
