Any antibiotic ointment, like Neosporin, is save to use on the exterior of the body, including the vulva, perineum, and anus. Just don't go jamming it inside and you'll be fine. And don't use Preparation H, that will dry it out and hurt more!Any ointments or creams that are safe to put on my...?

PreparationH is good... so are Vagisil and Penaten.
Try a first aid ointment...like hydrocortisone.
