If the dog is yours and it's been vaccinated use polysporin for cuts and it has antibiotics in the cream.

if you have a dog bite you need to get a tetanus shot in case the dog has rabies.

Go to the hospital they will give you a needle%26amp; bandage up your bite

Are there any creams or ointments that i can put on my vagina to stop it ripping in labour?

i am 5 months at the moment, and starting to think about the labour and if theres anythng i can use to prevent ripping or tearing in labourAre there any creams or ointments that i can put on my vagina to stop it ripping in labour?
I think some natural health professionals put different natural oils on there. Also, the traditional Indian medicine has some really neat ideas for childbirth. I think it's called Ayuveda (pretty sure that's a misspeling.) Any Indians who could help me with this one?Are there any creams or ointments that i can put on my vagina to stop it ripping in labour?
What the hell is the point of that? You made the decision to have a kid, and now you want to make it easier or more pleasant?

Is pregnancy entirely so inconvenient to you?

You'll never be the same again, and five months is too late to back out. Start preparing to give up at least the next 20 years of your life to your baby. And no one else is gonna' want your vagina as badly again, ';tear'; or ';no tear.';
unfortunetly for us, no there nothing you can do, that depends on the size of the baby and your size. some good advice though, try to grind down on your teeth if your doin it natural, its helps takes your focus on the pushing. but the better advice is: TAKE THE DRUGS!!! ripping and tearing wont even be a concern of yours
Your doctor will actually cut it if there isn't enough room for your child to come out. Of course your doctor will then sew it back up afterwards. It isn't very painful when they cut it. All I had before I gave birth was demerol. It doesn't take very long for it to heal up afterwards either. Good luck and congratulations.
Do perineal massage; look it up on mumsweb.com. It loosens the tissues of the perinium (The muscles between the vagina and rectum), gets them accustomed to the stretching that occurs during labour.
NOPE, there sure arent. Ripping and tearing depend largely of course on the size of the baby, as well as how fast labor progresses...size of pelvic outlet etc. Factors of which are largely out of your control.
Hi! I can't believe some people! You must be scared out of your wits with some of the answers you have received. You may not tear at all! I really wouldn't worry about things like that at this stage. Sit back relax and enjoy your pregnancy, the more worked up you get worrying the more chance you have of not relaxing into your labour. Honestly its the most wonderful thing in the world and any pain you may feel, will soon disappear, just think about the adorable child you will have when its all over. Good luck! for a rip free labour.
i dont think so
no, there aren't any of those kinds of things. But if the doctor needs to (and if it is your first baby) he will cut your vagina so it doesn't tear...it will be easier to sew up and the recovery takes less time, so I wouldn't worry about tearing.
it does help it u get some baby oil and massage your perineium twice daily, it can helo strech it so that u wont rip/tear during labour! i didnt know this untill after i gve birth :( try it thats all u can do!
don't use anything. if the baby is too big, the doctor will cut you a little to enable you to deliver the baby easier. don't worry, he will stitch you up after wards and you will be as good as new. YOU WON';T feel it, because they numb you up down there.
no u have to rip to have your baby
These days, the doctor will usually cut you with a scalpal on purpose. A clean, surgical cut heals much better than a forced tear/rip.

    Men's facial creams/ointments.?

are there any creams or things like it, that will not effect acne, i need a cream that will make my skin more healthy, it is very dry, but if i use the standard kinds of creams then i have a outbreak or my pimples become worse. Also is there such thing as a bronzer/toner that is oil free or doesn't effect skin oil levels.Men's facial creams/ointments.?
The line we use on men in our medical spa is Glytone. Love it! Moisturizes your skin while clearing up blemishes and preventing breakouts. Sometimes we had a blemish control gel from the Skinceuticals line as well.

As far as a bronzer goes, stick to MINERAL based bronzer powders. Some brands include Bare Minerals (can be found at Sephora or online Sephora), Jane Iredale and Youngblood Cosmetics. Use a large puffy brush and whisk around your face lightly and evenly. Make sure to do your neck too!Men's facial creams/ointments.?
The Hydrating Creme Concentrate by Bee-Luscious is different. It is NOT like other moisturizers because it is oil free and all natural. Plus NO petroleum jelly or anything at all to clog pores. You WILL love this moisturizer, if you can get past the Bee-Luscious name. LOL I guess you could always peel off the label. But seriously it is the best.

All of the bronzers and all of the make-up from Bee-Luscious are oil free. They are also free from bismuth and talcs that clog pores. Their Hydrating Cream Concentrate is THE best moisturizer I have ever used. Look up Bee-Luscious on Google.

Please tell me some creams or ointments of whitening and smoothing skin of face?

The only two I know are Philosophy and Dior products. Both are available at Sephora.com. I have the Philosophy set, its awesome. I have other products from Dior and love them!

any fairness creams or lotion, besides using spf 30 or 45 should help out, but its kinda oily. creams with saffron based extract or better yet, saffron powder mixed with milk or soya milk will do the trick..and not ony on your face but your whole body too. apply cucumber or any citrus based peel mask for soft and smooth face one or twice a week..enhance your skin with multivitamins and minarels..

What does for external use only mean? like on the side of various creams and ointments?

It means you should only use it on you not in you. So you shouldn't eat it or put it inside your body. What does for external use only mean? like on the side of various creams and ointments?
it means that at some point in time some idiot swallowed it or inserted it in themselves and it made them sick. So, the manufacturer had to put the warning label on the tube to protect some other idiot from doing the same thing. What does for external use only mean? like on the side of various creams and ointments?

it does not mean that you can't use it outside.

it means use it until it finshes...and yes don't eat it
It means if you have a gaping wound on your body you should not put the product into it. Your ears are also not an acceptable place to put the product.

Whats the best thing to do after you shave your pubes. Creams, ointments, what???

my boyfriend uses an oilWhats the best thing to do after you shave your pubes. Creams, ointments, what???
I'd suggest Nivea face balm, or any body moisterising lotion. After you wash of course.

Try to avoid alcohol based products like aftershave, just for the sake of possible 'burning' sensations... ;)Whats the best thing to do after you shave your pubes. Creams, ointments, what???
Start wearing women's clothing lol. No really, find yourself some exfoliating scrub (that's the one with sand or pumice in it) and give yourself a good wash daily.

What is the differences between pastes , ointments and creams ?

    well,here is some details:

1-Pastes:paste is a substance that behaves as a solid until a sufficiently large load or stress is applied,at which point it flows like a fluid, paste typically consists of a suspension of small particles in a background fluid, the small particles are jammed together like grains of sand on a beach, forming a disordered, glassy or amorphous structure, and giving pastes their solid-like character,in pharmacology, paste is basic pharmaceutical form,it consists of fatty base (e.g. petroleum jelly) and at least 25% solid substance (e.g. zinc oxide).

2-Ointments:an ointment is a viscous semisolid preparation used topically on a variety of body surfaces.these include the skin and the mucus membranes of the eye (an eye ointment),vagina, glans and nose,an ointment may or may not be medicated.

3-creams:Cream is semi-solid emulsion, that is mixtures of oil and water, they are divided into two types:oil-in-water (O/W) creams which are composed of small droplets of oil dispersed in a continuous aqueous phase, and water-in-oil (W/O) creams which are composed of small droplets of water dispersed in a continuous oily phase. What is the differences between pastes , ointments and creams ?
    Viscosity?

Paste - Thick, almost solid form.

Ointment - Not as thick, like grease

Cream - Even less thick, like a thick oil.

    My guess.
